This restaurant is such a hidden gem.The service is absolutely perfect. Even though I was a solo diner, I never felt rushed. Several groups of people came asking for a table but the place was fully booked. I felt so lucky to have arrived when I did.The food: PHENOMENAL!I had the pork cheeks which comes with a cockles dish on the side (best surf and turf ever) and the veal chunks with coriander. Wish I could have tried more!

If you are looking for another great Tasca, this is certainly a place to try!One of the best places in Lisbon for a quick lunch during work or for a nice dinner with friends at night.Food is great, typical portuguese dishes, and a good selection of wine to pair with.The staff is super friendly and professional.

Amazing authentic food, from octopus to deserts, everything has so much flavor and freshness. Best place I have eaten in Portugal. Just a few spots so reservation is recommended. Staff was lovely and supportive

We ordered a few dishes and we shared it. We were delighted with all of them. We tried eggs with fries, ribs, and some rice but the best was an octopus with beans. The staff were kind and we also tried some of their desserts. Thank you.

First dinner on our first night in Lisboa! We ordered the pica pau, grilled octopus, and the server recommended we get fries. We also ordered this almond dessert with lemon sorbet, and house white and red. Everything was so so good. We’ve never had octopus that has been cooked this well and it was just super tender. The pica pau sauce helped balance the meal out with just as tender beef. The butter that came with our bread, which came in a cloth bag, was a compound butter of pork belly bits. The dessert was well balanced with the richness of the almonds and acidity from the lemon. Our top meal in Lisboa for sure!

Small restaurant with authentic food. Excellent flavor profiles and the owner was so warm and welcoming. Very generous with his time and explaining the small plates and what to expect. Reservations are needed, they fill up fast.

Our evening was great here: the food was delicious and absolutely unique, the waiters were the kindest and also pretty fast.Even if the place might not seem fancy at first sight, I assure nobody would regret eating there.Also, this restaurant was one of the few that offer traditional Portuguese food in this area, the other ones are mainly international.The prices were fantastic, as we were 5 people and with just a little more than 20 each we ate one main dish one delicious dessert.10/10 very well gained
